Need To Loose Some Weight?

Hi everyone! In the past few months I have been on a meal plan to loose weight and it has been working! I am down 16lbs! I still have about another 18lbs to go, so I am not done yet.

I found out that what you eat, how much and how often is very important if you want to loose weight. Exercise is sometimes needed, but if you are feeding your body less calories than what you burn, you would loose weight. Of course exercise would make you burn more calories, so you can eat a little bit more.

I downloaded an app that helps me keep track of the calories I eat and the calories I burn. That way I can keep on track on my daily target of calories and I make sure I don't go over. You can search the food you eat and the exercise you do.
